Responsabilités

• Handle room reservations via multiple channels using OPERA Cloud.
• Provide accurate information regarding room types and hotel policies.
• Upsell rooms and services to maximize revenue.
• Ensure accuracy of guest details, billing instructions, and special requests.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Sales teams regarding room availability and group bookings.
• Upsell rooms, promotions, and hotel services to maximize revenue.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel promotions, blackout dates, and inventory controls.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle room reservations via phone, email, online channels, and walk-ins using OPERA Cloud PMS
• Create, modify, and cancel reservations accurately in OPERA Cloud
• Provide guests with information on room types, rates, packages, and hotel policies
• Ensure accuracy of guest details, billing instructions, and special requests
• Coordinate with Front Office and Sales teams regarding room availability and group bookings
• Upsell rooms, promotions, and hotel services to maximize revenue
• Maintain knowledge of hotel promotions, blackout dates, and inventory controls
