Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking experienced Online Assistants to support our Hotel Reservation Team. You will handle hotel bookings via chat and email, provide accurate pricing and policy information, and ensure high-quality customer service.

Role requires on-site work with rotating schedules. We offer paid training, weekends off, and incentives based on performance to support career growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• Completed High School (K–12 or Old Curriculum).
• At least 6 months of BPO or customer service experience.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a service-oriented mindset.
• Solid computer and typing skills.
• The ability to work onsite and on shifting schedules.
• Willingness to work Monday to Friday (Weekends Off!).

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers via chat and email with hotel bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and inquiries.
• Providing accurate and timely information about room availability, pricing, and hotel policies.
• Ensuring each interaction meets our high customer service standards.
• Updating customer records and reservation details in the internal system.
• Following internal guidelines to maintain quality and compliance.
