You will monitor store integrations, perform data entry, run reports, and respond to operational alerts during overnight hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in data entry, back-office support, operations support, or administrative work.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to strictly follow structured workflows, SOPs, and documented procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
• Good written communication skills.
• Basic proficiency with spreadsheets, web-based systems, and standard business software.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor restaurant and delivery-platform integrations during overnight hours, reviewing alerts for outages or issues.
• Perform accurate data entry, update system records, and run scheduled or ad-hoc reports.
• Resolve simple issues and reactivate stores when triggered by alerts.
• Escalate issues outside documented processes with clear notes, using internal tools.
• Maintain high accuracy and support process documentation and continuous improvement.
