Enshored is seeking a detail-oriented admin/support candidate to handle menu and back-office tasks in a hybrid onsite role in Pasig, Metro Manila. You will manage digital menus, update orders, and maintain records while coordinating with kitchen and platform teams.

Qualifications include 1-2 years in the food industry (preferred) and a degree is a plus. Strong communication and proactive mindset are essential for success in this dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Menu & Tech Maintenance: setup and maintain digital menus and update seasonal dishes.
• Tech Troubleshooting: report errors and document fixes to build a playbook.
• Back-Office & Admin Support: manage platform data and keep records organized.
• Platform Management: multitask across catering platforms with clear filing.
• Day-to-Day Adjustments: handle order updates, cancellations, and tweaks to keep operations smooth.
• Kitchen Communication: relay requests to the kitchen using internal checklists.
