Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound sales or related roles.
• Proven track record with high-volume outbound calls.
• Typing speed of 35 WPM or faster.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Fluent English; ability to work with business owners/executives.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified sales opportunities through proactive outreach to physician practices, surgery centers, and healthcare organizations.
• Schedule meetings for senior sales consultants and build a healthy pipeline.
• Document prospect interactions and follow-ups in the CRM; meet activity targets daily/weekly/monthly.
• Engage decision-makers and understand financing needs and goals.
• Identify qualified prospects and gather key information for qualification.
