BruntWork in the Philippines is seeking a dynamic B2B Cold Caller & Appointment Setter to drive outbound growth and fill the sales pipeline. You will perform high-volume cold calls, qualify prospects, and book qualified sales consultations directly onto calendars.

The role requires proven outbound calling experience, strong listening skills, and a professional phone presence to build trust. You will maintain CRM records and collaborate with the client to refine scripts and targeting.

Qualifications

• Proven outbound cold calling experience.
• Strong verbal communication and objection handling.
• Ability to work independently with CRM to log calls and schedule appointments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients using provided lead lists.
• Qualify prospects by following a structured script and verifying key business information.
• Book qualified appointments directly onto the client's calendar for sales consultations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all call activity and lead status within the CRM (Units).
• Confirm prospect interest and ensure smooth handoff to the client for closing.
• Meet daily call volume targets and weekly appointment-setting goals.
• Collaborate with the client to refine scripts and targeting as needed.
