You’ll make outbound calls using a dialer, qualify prospects, handle objections, and schedule transfers or callbacks. Track notes and dispositions in the CRM, aiming to meet hourly and daily targets with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in appointment setting, outbound calling, telesales, lead generation, or live transfers.
• Experience using an automatic or predictive dialer.
• Experience qualifying consumers before scheduling an appointment or completing a transfer.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication skills.
• Experience working toward transfer, appointment, conversion, or call targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English.
• The ability to remain calm with impatient, skeptical, or difficult consumers.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to adjust your response.
• Accurate CRM and call-disposition habits.
• Willingness to receive coaching and apply feedback.
• Full-time availability during U.S. Eastern Time calling hours.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls using an automatic dialer.
• Gains consumer attention quickly and delivers professional openings.
• Ask required qualification questions and handle objections.
• Schedule transfers or appointments and complete warm/live transfers.
• Record accurate notes, outcomes, and call dispositions.
• Follow scripts, qualification requirements, and opt-out procedures.
• Meet hourly and daily performance targets.
