Job summary

Rockstar is seeking a full-time Outbound Sales Development Representative to scale outreach for a nationwide industrial equipment distributor. The role focuses on educational, relationship-first outreach to municipalities, schools, hospitals, and facilities managers across the country.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of sales experience, be comfortable with high-volume cold calling, and possess excellent English communication. CRM experience with Zoho/Bigin is a plus, and the role is remote.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience required.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound cold calling.
• Excellent, clear English communication and professional phone presence.
• Mechanical knowledge or aptitude is a plus for discussing industrial equipment concepts.
• CRM experience with Zoho/Bigin or other major CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Cold call prospective accounts nationwide to introduce the company and services.
• Identify and pursue new B2B leads across a nationwide territory.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in the CRM (Bigin by Zoho).
• Use ZoomInfo to source contact information for target accounts.
• Coordinate and hand off warm leads to the sales team for follow-up.
