Job summary

BruntWork is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to turn cold outreach into booked meetings for an immersive theatre program in the US. The role focuses on high-volume calls, refining messaging, and building the outreach engine in an early-stage setup.

You’ll identify school principals and administrators, log outcomes, and drive qualified opportunities while working with lightweight CRM tools from a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Agile & Early-Stage mindset; able to thrive in developing processes and playbooks.
• Tech savviness; comfortable with non-traditional CRM systems and lightweight tools.
• Outbound calling experience; stamina for high-volume outreach.
• Script refinement; adapt messaging based on live feedback.
• Warm phone demeanor; connect authentically with educators and administrators.
• Data-driven; meticulous in documenting call outcomes and responses.
• Self-directed; identify and solve script roadblocks to hit targets.
• Bonus: experience in education sales or dealing with school front offices.

Responsibilities

• High-volume outbound calls to schools following campaigns and prospect lists.
• Refine and test call scripts and messaging based on responses.
• Document which hooks and messages work; accelerate learning.
• Lead management in non-traditional CRM systems and lightweight tools.
• Identify key decision-makers and gather verified contact details.
• Set up and book meetings for the closing team to grow pipeline.
• Assess lead quality and update records; flag non-fits or safety concerns.
