Job summary

Huzzle seeks a results-driven Sales Development Representative to spearhead outbound growth in the international education sector. You will engage with senior school leadership to introduce innovative educational solutions and drive pipeline growth as part of a fully remote, independent contractor setup.

You will build targeted lists, perform high-touch LinkedIn outreach, manage multi-channel email campaigns, and coordinate 10–15 qualified meetings monthly while maintaining pristine CRM records.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B outbound sales using LinkedIn and email.
• Direct EdTech or education sector selling experience.
• Ability to engage senior school leaders with value-focused conversations.
• Self-motivated with consistent daily activity and minimal supervision.
• Experience with CRM and sales automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain targeted lists of international schools and decision-makers.
• Execute high-touch LinkedIn outreach with personalized messaging to educators.
• Manage multi-channel cold email sequences and follow-ups.
• Conduct high-volume daily outreach (LinkedIn and email).
• Consult with school leadership to align solutions with institutional goals.
• Book and coordinate 10–15 qualified meetings per month for the leadership team.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and provide clear pipeline visibility.
