HireHawk is seeking a remote SDR to generate qualified pipeline through high-volume outbound prospecting. You will engage HR leaders, hiring managers, and executives, booking meetings that convert to opportunities while maintaining CRM hygiene.

You will thrive in a target-driven environment, handle live objections, and work with recruiting teammates to align client needs with talent pipelines. Prior success in staffing sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in an SDR/BDR role focusing on outbound prospecting.
• Proven ability to handle objections and keep conversations productive.
• Track record of booking meetings and generating qualified B2B opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified pipeline through high-volume outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, and LinkedIn).
• Engage prospects live, conduct discovery conversations, and book meetings that convert to opportunities.
• Handle objections confidently and move conversations forward without getting rattled.
• Build persona-based outreach approaches that improve response and meeting rates over time.
• Track objections and market feedback, and suggest improvements to scripts and messaging.
• Maintain CRM hygiene with accurate notes, stages, and follow-ups.
