Job summary

Langford Staffing is seeking experienced Outbound Sales Representatives for a client operating high-volume consumer calling campaigns. You will contact approved leads through an automatic dialer and complete professional live transfers. This role emphasizes identifying qualified consumers and connecting them with the appropriate representative.

You will be on a full-time schedule aligned with U.S. Eastern Time calling hours, working remotely.

Qualifications

• At least three years of recent outbound calling or telesales experience.
• Experience with high-volume automatic dialers.
• Ability to qualify consumers and handle objections.
• Experience completing warm or live call transfers.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Clear pronunciation and professional telephone manner.
• Availability to work full-time during Eastern Time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Make continuous outbound calls using an automatic dialer.
• Deliver clear introductions without sounding scripted.
• Ask required qualification questions accurately.
• Explain the reason for the call in simple language.
• Handle hesitation, rejection, and basic objections.
• Keep qualified consumers engaged and secure consent to continue.
• Complete warm or live transfers to the receiving representative.
• Remain connected until handoff is confirmed.
• Record accurate answers, dispositions, callbacks and transfer outcomes.
• Respect opt-out requests and follow campaign requirements.
• Achieve approximately five accepted qualified transfers per dialing hour.
• Apply coaching and improve based on call reviews and feedback.
