Langford Staffing is hiring experienced Call Center Sales Representatives for high-volume consumer campaigns. You will speak with consumers via an automatic dialer, explain the reason for the call, qualify prospects, handle objections, and connect interested buyers with the appropriate sales representative.

This is a performance-focused role where you will not complete the final sale, but you must grab attention quickly, keep conversations moving, and secure qualified live transfers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in outbound calling, telesales, or live transfers.
• Experience with high-volume dialing and dialer platforms.
• Proven ability to handle objections and keep conversations moving.
• Experience meeting call, transfer, appointment, or sales targets.
• Strong spoken English and clear telephone communication.
• Availability to work full-time during U.S. Eastern Time calling hours.

Responsibilities

• Make continuous outbound calls using an automatic dialer.
• Deliver clear and confident call openings.
• Ask campaign qualification questions naturally.
• Respond to rejection, objections, and common questions.
• Build enough interest and trust to move qualified consumers forward.
• Secure permission for warm or live transfers.
• Introduce the consumer to the receiving sales representative.
• Enter accurate call notes, outcomes, and dispositions.
• Respect opt-out requests and campaign requirements.
• Meet hourly and daily performance expectations.
