Job summary

Langford Staffing is seeking experienced Outbound Sales Representatives for remote work. You will contact approved leads via an automatic dialer, qualify prospects, handle objections, and perform live transfers to reps. The role emphasizes adherence to an Eastern Time schedule and achieving transfer targets.

Applicants should have 3+ years in outbound calling, familiarity with dialers, and excellent English communication. Prior U.S. consumer campaign experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least three years of recent outbound calling or similar experience.
• Experience in high-volume auto-dialer environments.
• Experience qualifying consumers and handling objections.
• Familiarity with popular dialers (Convoso, Five9, NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud CX).
• Strong spoken and written English; clear, professional telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Make continuous outbound calls using an automatic dialer.
• Deliver confident introductions without sounding scripted.
• Ask required qualification questions accurately.
• Explain the reason for the call in simple language.
• Handle hesitation and objections professionally.
• Complete warm or live transfers to the receiving representative.
• Record accurate notes and dispositions in CRM.
