Royal York Property Management, inc. is actively seeking Call Center Sales Representatives to contact residential property owners about its rental-guarantee program. This remote, full-time role operates on U.S. Eastern Time business hours and targets qualifying owners for live transfers, not direct sales.

You will qualify leads, answer questions, handle objections, and coordinate transfers to a Royal York sales representative. Success is measured by transfers, calls, and accurate records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in call-centre sales, outbound calling, telesales, appointment setting, lead generation or live transfers.
• Experience using a dialer (automatic or predictive).
• Strong objection handling and persuasive telephone skills.
• Experience working toward call, transfer, appointment, or sale targets.
• Clear, professional spoken English.
• Ability to stay calm with skeptical property owners.
• Excellent listening and adaptive communication during calls.
• Accurate CRM, call notes and disposition habits.
• Willingness to be coached and receive feedback.
• Available full-time during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Responsibilities

• Make continuous outbound calls using an automatic dialer.
• Introduce the company and rental-guarantee program.
• Ask questions about the owner and their rental property.
• Confirm number of rental properties and occupancy status.
• Address objections about price, need, timing, trust, or tenants.
• Explain the value of protecting monthly rental income.
• Invite qualified owners to speak with a Royal York sales rep.
• Complete warm and live transfers.
• Record accurate call notes, outcomes and dispositions.
• Follow campaign scripts and opt-out procedures.
• Meet hourly and daily calling and transfer targets.
