You will generate interest, qualify opportunities, and arrange immediate live transfers to a sales representative while not completing the final sale.

Role requires speaking with owners, handling objections, and meeting targets during U.S. Eastern Time business hours. Remote work setup and performance measured by transfers and calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in outbound sales or related roles.
• Experience with automatic or predictive dialers.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication.
• Experience meeting call/transfer/appointment/sales targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English.
• Comfortable speaking with property owners throughout the day.
• Calm under skepticism or impatience from prospects.
• Strong listening skills and adaptability during conversations.
• Accurate CRM, call notes, and dispositions.
• Openness to coaching and feedback.
• Full-time availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Responsibilities

• Make continuous outbound calls using an automatic dialer.
• Introduce Royal York and explain the purpose of the call.
• Ask questions about the owner and their rental property.
• Confirm the number of properties and occupancy status.
• Explain the program’s $100 monthly cost and potential value.
• Address objections regarding price, need, timing, trust, or tenant history.
• Explain why protection is needed before a default occurs.
• Direct qualified owners to speak with a Royal York sales representative.
• Complete warm and live transfers.
• Record accurate call notes, outcomes, and dispositions.
• Follow campaign scripts, qualification rules, and opt-out procedures.
• Meet hourly and daily calling and transfer expectations.
