Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls using an automatic dialer.
• Introduce Royal York and the program purpose clearly.
• Ask brief questions about the owner and property.
• Identify whether the owner meets basic requirements.
• Respond to objections related to cost, timing, and trust.
• Explain rental-income protection value to owners.
• Ask qualified owners to speak with a sales representative.
• Complete warm and live transfers.
• Record accurate call notes, outcomes, and dispositions.
• Follow campaign scripts and opt-out procedures.
• Meet hourly and daily performance expectations.
