You will contact owner leads with an automated dialer, qualify opportunities, and transfer interested owners to a Royal York representative. Strong English, objection handling, and CRM discipline are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in call-centre sales or similar outbound roles.
• Experience using automatic or predictive dialer.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive telephone communication.
• Experience working toward call/transfer/appointment/conversion targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English.
• Calm approach with skeptical or difficult owners.
• Accurate CRM, call notes and dispositions.
• Openness to coaching and feedback.
• Full-time availability during U.S. Eastern Time hours.
• Property-management or related sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make continuous outbound calls via dialer.
• Introduce Royal York and the rental-guarantee program.
• Ask questions about owner and property.
• Confirm number of rental properties and occupancy status.
• Respond to objections involving price, need, timing, trust, or tenants.
• Explain the value of protecting monthly rental income.
• Ask qualified owners to speak with a Royal York sales representative.
• Complete warm and live transfers.
• Record accurate call notes, outcomes, and dispositions.
• Follow campaign scripts, qualification rules, and opt-out procedures.
• Meet hourly and daily calling and transfer targets.
