Outsource Access, Inc. is seeking an Order Management and Purchasing Specialist for a remote role. You will master order quotes and specifications, ensure precise ERP entries, and collaborate across design software integrations to protect margins.

You will audit pricing and costs, support multi-floor orders, and drive accurate, timely purchases while working with detailed product codes and complex pricing structures.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with focus on data integrity and impact of accurate product codes.
• Strong data and process mindset for handling large structured data and complex pricing.
• Self-sufficient, able to start with minimal guidance and navigate multi-page order workflows.
• Tech-savvy with experience in ERP systems and order-entry platforms.

Responsibilities

• Precision Order Execution: Build and manage detailed quotes and orders in CORE, ensuring accuracy of model numbers and quantities.
• Seamless Specification Integration: Import SIF files and BOMs from CET/Configura or similar design software into the ERP.
• Protecting the Bottom Line: Audit pricing, dealer costs, discounts, and freight surcharges to maintain margins.
• End-to-End Order Mastery: Support the complete order lifecycle from quote revisions to final client approval for multi-floor orders.
