Job summary

Yokly is seeking an Operations Virtual Assistant to build, document, and scale SOPs for cross‑team success. You’ll own dashboards, KPI trackers, and reporting, ensuring processes are adopted and monitored rather than just written. A strong focus on systematizing work is essential to support growth.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of virtual assistance experience.
• 1+ year in ops, EA, or admin support with real process documentation.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• SaaS or BPO background is a plus.
• Strong Sheets/Excel skills with formulas, pivots, and conditional formatting.

Responsibilities

• Build, document, and improve SOPs and ensure adoption.
• Track projects and deliverables, manage follow-ups, and coordinate across teams and vendors.
• Support ticketing and incident operations for fast, organized handling.
• Own reporting and QA — dashboards, KPI trackers, data reconciliation, operational reports.
