Job summary

Yokly is seeking a senior operations professional to own cross-functional reporting that unites Sales, Marketing, and Client Journey under one shared view.

This Independent Contractor role is full-time, fully remote with graveyard hours (11:00 PM–8:00 AM Philippine Time) and weekends off, reporting directly to the CEO.

You will build the reporting stack, drive alignment across departments, and catch gaps early to keep Yokly moving in the same direction.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience, including operations.
• Master's degree required.
• Track record of building or owning cross-functional reporting and process systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and own cross-department reporting for Sales, Marketing, and Client Journey.
• Run the alignment process to keep three departments moving in the same direction.
• Catch process gaps and handoffs early — before they become a quarter-end surprise.
• Report directly to the CEO and coordinate closely with each department lead.
• Work daily inside GoHighLevel (GHL) and Yokly's reporting stack.
