Job summary

Yokly is seeking an Operations Virtual Assistant to design systems, enforce SOPs, and scale processes for US-based clients from the Philippines. This independent contractor role features a graveyard shift (11:00 PM–8:00 AM Philippine time) with weekends off and fully remote work from your home setup.

You’ll build SOPs, track projects, support incident operations, and own reporting and QA across dashboards, KPI trackers, and data reconciliation.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of virtual assistance experience.
• 1+ year in ops, EA, or admin support, with real process documentation.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Project management experience.
• Strong Sheets/Excel skills with formulas, pivots, and advanced formatting.
• Familiar with Google Workspace and CRM/project tools listed above.

Responsibilities

• Build, document, and improve SOPs and ensure adoption.
• Track projects and deliverables, manage follow-ups, and coordinate across teams.
• Support ticketing and incident operations when needed.
• Own reporting and QA—dashboards, KPI trackers, data reconciliation, operational reports.

Yokly is looking for an Operations Virtual Assistant who thinks in systems: SOPs that actually get followed, dashboards that actually get checked, processes that scale instead of breaking under growth. What you’ll actually be doing:

• Building, documenting, and improving SOPs — and making sure they’re actually adopted, not just written and forgotten.
• Tracking projects and deliverables, managing follow-ups, and coordinating across teams and vendors.
• Supporting ticketing and incident operations when something needs fast, organized handling.
• Owning reporting and QA — dashboards, KPI trackers, data reconciliation, operational reports.

What we’re looking for:

• At least 1 year of virtual assistance experience.
• 1+ year in ops, EA, or admin support, with real process-documentation and cross-team coordination experience.
• SaaS or BPO background is a plus, not a requirement.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Project management experience.
• Strong Sheets/Excel skills — formulas, pivots, conditional formatting, the real thing.
