Job summary

Yokly Virtual Assistant is seeking an Operations Virtual Assistant who thinks in systems: SOPs that actually get followed, dashboards that actually get checked, processes that scale instead of breaking under growth. If you’re the person who instinctively documents the fix instead of just fixing it once, keep reading.

This is a full-time Independent Contractor role with a graveyard shift (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Time) aligned with US clients.

Qualifications

1+ year of virtual assistance experience.
1+ year in ops, EA, or admin support with real process-documentation and cross-team coordination.
1 year of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Building, documenting, and improving SOPs — and ensuring adoption across teams.
Tracking projects and deliverables, managing follow-ups, coordinating across teams and vendors.
Supporting ticketing and incident operations for fast, organized handling.
Owning reporting and QA — dashboards, KPI trackers, data reconciliation, operational reports.
