Qualifications

• 1.5+ years as Virtual Medical Assistant for US healthcare.
• Experience handling high-volume patient calls in a medical setting.
• Strong scheduling skills across multiple providers/calendars.
• Excellent spoken and written English with clear pronunciation.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound patient calls promptly and professionally.
• Schedule, reschedule, and manage appointments in the EMR.
• Triage calls and route to appropriate departments; escalate when needed.
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency during peak call periods.
