• Minimum 1.5 years of Virtual Medical Assistant experience supporting US-based healthcare practices.
• Proven experience handling high-volume patient calls in a medical setting.
• Strong experience scheduling patients and navigating complex provider calendars.
• Excellent spoken and written English with clear pronunciation and listening comprehension.
• HIPAA certification and strong patient confidentiality knowledge.
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound patient calls promptly and professionally.
• Schedule, reschedule, and manage appointments using EMR with multiple providers.
• Route inquiries to the appropriate department and escalate when needed.
