Job summary

Rad Hires, LLC is seeking an Operations Specialist — Member Support & Client Operations to work remotely with an EST overlap. You will handle a high-volume member-support queue, resolve questions about classes, bookings, onboarding, accounts and billing, and own issues through to final resolution.

In this role you will learn the client’s systems, work with an Account Manager, and manage routine issues within your authority while flagging policy or financial exceptions for escalation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume member-support queue with clear, warm replies.
• Prioritize by time sensitivity, impact, and risk.
• Investigate issues, explain next steps, and resolve.
• Use Momence or similar platforms to check records and process changes.
• Verify identities, classes, locations, dates, and rules before changes.
• Close issues with documented, updated outcomes and follow-ups.
• Keep work visible with clear handoffs across coverage periods.
• Use Slack, Google Workspace, and AI tools responsibly.
• Support registration, rostering, scheduling, and admin overflow.
• Improve recurring answers and SOPs for future issues.
