Job summary

Outsourced.ph is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to provide cross-functional operational assistance across the Operations department. The role is home-based with occasional travel to our Rome HQ for training and meetings, supporting areas such as Fulfillment, Inventory, Supplier, Ticketing, Reporting, QA, and Process Improvement.

The position develops broad operational knowledge while maintaining high standards of accuracy and guest experience in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in administrative, operations, customer service, logistics, hospitality, travel, or similar environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
• Comfortable working within a fast-paced remote environment.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to learn multiple operational functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support across multiple functions within the Operations department.
• Support Fulfillment and Inventory activities and processes accurately while following established procedures and service standards.
• Assist with recurring operational workflows, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Support audits and ensure data accuracy.
• Identify operational issues or risks and elevate them appropriately.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Operations, Product, and other business functions.
• Assist with documentation, SOPs, process updates, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate operational records while ensuring compliance with company processes.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Remain adaptable to changing business priorities and support operational needs across multiple teams.
