Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls, book appointments, manage basic administrative tasks, and support field dispatching and billing for a pest control service serving homeowners and property managers across Massachusetts.

This is a fully remote role requiring availability during US Eastern Time business hours, with a strong emphasis on customer communication and operational support.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, call handling, appointment booking, or administrative support.
• Clear, professional English communication, both spoken and written.
• Able to manage inbound calls and schedule appointments in a service-based business.
• Organized and detail-oriented with multi-tasking ability.
• Comfortable learning new software; familiarity with GorillaDsk or Go High Level is a plus.
