Anavah Talent is seeking an Operations & Finance Coordinator to manage payroll, contractor payments, client billing, HR coordination, and operational systems. The role supports 30–50 contractors and partners with leadership to ensure accurate, scalable operations for a growing U.S.-based startup with a remote team.

Responsibilities include payroll cycles, invoicing, SOP development, and automation to reduce manual work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Payroll, Finance, HR Operations, or related fields.
• Experience supporting a U.S.-based company or distributed remote team.
• Experience processing payroll, contractor payments, client billing, or financial reconciliations.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Wise, Stripe, QuickBooks, Monday.com or similar systems.
• Excellent written English and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll process and contractor payments.
• Manage client invoicing and billing reconciliations.
• Oversee HR coordination, contractor onboarding/offboarding, and records management.
• Develop SOPs and scalable operational processes to reduce manual work.
• Maintain operational dashboards and reporting; support month-end closes.
