HyreUp is seeking an Operations and Accounting Coordinator for a fully remote, email-focused role. You will oversee payroll, AR, AP, and job-closing processes while maintaining accurate financial records and clear, professional communication with customers and designers.

The successful candidate will have back-office and accounting experience, be comfortable working independently in a remote setting, and communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations across the business.

Qualifications

• Proven back-office admin experience with accounting support.
• Experience using QuickBooks for payroll and accounting tasks.
• Strong written English and professional email etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on time.
• Manage AR including invoicing, payments, and reconciliation.
• Handle AP including vendor invoices, payment scheduling, and expense tracking.
• Oversee job closing procedures and ensure proper documentation.
