Qualifications

• 3+ years minimum experience in the vacation rental industry.
• Strong and clear English communication.
• High school diploma and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guest Support: respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues.
• Scheduling & coordination: manage maintenance and bookings.
• Owner communication: update owners on bookings and issues.
• Listing & booking management: oversee listings on Airbnb, Vrbo, and company site.
