Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience coordinating events and recruitment operations.
• Experience managing CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
• Strong communication and administrative skills.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
• Basic knowledge of finance or budgeting is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate recruitment administration team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain master calendar for recruitment activities, country campaigns, and reporting deadlines.
• Plan and coordinate end-to-end operations for recruitment initiatives (Open Houses, scholarships events, roadshows, workshops).
• Coordinate with Finance for invoicing and vendor payments.
• Track budgets and monitor fund utilization for recruitment activities.
• Process co-marketing claims and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage HubSpot CRM functions, lead tracking, workflows, dashboards, and analytics.
• Generate insights from CRM data to support recruitment strategies.
