Job summary

CS Outsource is seeking an experienced Holiday Let Operations Manager to oversee UK short-term rental operations, including listings management, guest communications, and pricing optimization. The role requires strong organization, proactive mindset, and the ability to handle multiple properties remotely.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing holiday lets, serviced accommodation, or short-term rental operations (required)

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of UK holiday lets and serviced accommodation properties.
• Oversee Airbnb and Booking.com accounts.
• Manage our channel manager (Lodgify) to ensure calendars and listings remain accurate.
• Handle guest communication via chat and phone with professionalism and excellent customer service.
• Manage bookings and calendars across multiple platforms.
• Onboard new properties, including creating listings, uploading photos, writing descriptions, and setting up pricing.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractors and tradespeople.
• Schedule and manage cleaning teams to ensure properties are guest-ready.
• Oversee guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Maintain property compliance documentation, including Gas Safety Certificates, EICRs, insurance documents, and other required records.
• Monitor operations, identify process improvements, and help reduce operational costs.
• Utilize dynamic pricing tools such as PriceLabs (or similar).
• Manage guest messaging automation platforms such as ChargeAutomation.
