Job summary

This Product Operations Assistant will manage supplies orders and fulfillment, supporting nurse entrepreneurs to place orders on the platform, monitor orders and payments, perform reconciliations, and assist with ad hoc testing and data entry.

Qualifications

• Experience with US customers in a similar role (e-commerce store management).
• Experience with Shopify and similar platforms.
• Experience with basic data analysis tools like Microsoft Excel.
• Willing to work US hours (as late as 8am-4pm ET on weekdays).
• Strong written and verbal English skills.
• High attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to execute tasks efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Register new accounts eligible to use our supplies platform.
• Monitor platform for incoming orders and payments.
• Place orders with the appropriate supplier.
• Daily reconciliations between platform and supplier orders.
• Occasional customer service via email to resolve issues.
• Escalate serious issues to your manager.
• Identify opportunities to improve the process.
• Ad hoc tasks such as manual testing and data entry.
