Job summary

Virtual Staff 365 is hiring an E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Assistant to manage day-to-day online operations and accelerate growth. You will handle product listings, content, pricing, and promotions across Shopify, WooCommerce, and WordPress, while supporting Amazon Vendor Central and Mirakl catalog updates.

You will also build targeted email campaigns, manage data hygiene, support Meta/Google ads, and assist with invoicing in Xero.

Qualifications

Experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress).
Strong knowledge of digital marketing across email, paid ads, and social media.
Ability to compile and present data-driven e-commerce performance reports.
Comfortable making outbound calls to warm leads and orders.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

Maintain product listings, web content, pricing, and promotions across Shopify, WooCommerce, and WordPress.
Support Amazon Vendor Central and Mirakl catalog updates and reporting.
Prepare ecommerce performance reports on website sales and campaigns.
Build and schedule email campaigns, segments, and flows with Omnisend or GetResponse.
Manage customer data hygiene, segmentation, and reporting.
Assist with invoicing and purchase admin in Xero; provide general admin support.
