Job summary

Moxie Inc is seeking a Product Operations Assistant to manage supplies operations and fulfilment for nurse entrepreneurs using our platform. You will register new accounts, monitor orders and payments, and place supplier orders to keep client workflows smooth.

The role requires experience with US customers, Shopify, and Excel, plus strong English communication, meticulous attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work US hours (ET).

Qualifications

• Experience working with US customers in a similar role (e-commerce store management).
• Experience with Shopify (or similar platforms).
• Experience with basic data analysis tools like Microsoft Excel.
• Willing to work US hours (as late as 8am-4pm ET on weekdays).
• Strong written and verbal English skills.
• High attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Register new accounts eligible to use our supplies platform.
• Monitor platform for incoming orders and payments.
• Place orders with the appropriate supplier.
• Perform daily reconciliations between platform and supplier orders.
• Provide occasional email customer service to resolve lost or misplaced orders.
• Escalate serious issues to manager.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks including manual testing and data entry.
