Job summary

Somewhere is seeking an Operations/E-Commerce and Admin Coordinator to be the founder's operational right hand. You will manage administration, e-commerce orders, supplier relations, marketing support, and the internal systems needed to scale the company.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to coordinate with international suppliers across time zones. Experience with Shopify, inventory, and AI-assisted content is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, operations, or executive support.
• Proficiency with Shopify and e-commerce platforms.
• Ability to learn new software quickly and work independently across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Founder support: manage priorities, schedules, tasks, reminders, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Systematization: build templates, trackers, dashboards, and SOPs.
• Supply chain: coordinate with suppliers, quotes, samples, production, shipping, and delivery.
• E-commerce management: process orders, payments, inventory, fulfillment, returns, refunds, and updates.
• Logistics: coordinate warehouses, freight forwarders, couriers, and partners.
• Marketing & Admin: assist with product listings, website updates, social media, newsletters, research.
• AI integration: use AI tools to draft content, create/edit images, and research with accuracy checks.
