Job summary

Linkage Web Development is seeking a highly organized Client Onboarding & Operations Virtual Assistant to support a US-based business from the Philippines. The role covers client onboarding, operations coordination, executive assistance, and sales operations with a strong focus on detail and proactive communication.

You will interact with US executives and enterprise clients, coordinate across internal teams, and manage multiple onboarding projects from initiation through launch, while

Qualifications

• Experience as a Client Onboarding Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
• Proven ability to coordinate tasks, deadlines, and multiple priorities.
• Excellent spoken and written English with US executives and enterprise clients.
• Experience working with US-based clients is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding from initial requirements through launch.
• Collect client information, credentials, API keys, and documents.
• Follow up on missing information and requirements with clients.
• Manage onboarding checklists, milestones, and deadlines.
• Communicate with clients via email and Slack.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet project requirements.
• Prepare handoffs for internal teams and track progress.
• Maintain accurate records of client information and status.
• Proactively follow up to keep projects moving; manage multiple onboardings over time.
• Provide executive and sales operations support as needed.
