Job summary

CDA Coliving in Sydney is seeking an Occupant Support Specialist to deliver outstanding service to occupants, respond to inquiries, coordinate maintenance, and ensure tenancy standards are met. You will work closely with Leasing, Maintenance, Finance, and other teams to provide timely, professional support while keeping accurate records.

This role is remote and requires a reliable home office setup. The successful candidate will be highly organized, with excellent communication, problem-solving

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, tenant support, or property management preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/property management systems.
• Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for occupant inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
• Respond to emails, phone calls, and support tickets professionally and promptly.
• Resolve occupant concerns within service standards and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Maintain accurate occupant records and documentation in company systems.
• Log, track, and follow up on maintenance requests; coordinate with maintenance and contractors.
• Keep occupants informed of progress and resolution timelines.
• Ensure compliance with policies, tenancy agreements, and SOPs.
• Assist with onboarding and move-in information; support move-outs and documentation.
• Identify recurring concerns and contribute to service improvements.
• Collaborate with Leasing, Maintenance, Finance, and other teams to ensure seamless support.
