Responsibilities

• Review and confirm booking details and send payment links, agreements, and documents.
• Manage booking amendments, upgrades, cancellations, and last-minute requests; follow up on incomplete bookings.
• Coordinate with mechanics, cleaners, shuttle operators, and other service providers; monitor vehicle availability and readiness.
• Arrange repairs and maintenance; keep fleet records updated; ensure pre-hire/drop-off requirements are completed.
• Assist customers with pick-up and drop-off arrangements; provide roadside and vehicle-related support.
• Investigate and resolve fuel, damage, and service-related concerns; maintain accurate customer records.
• Monitor and update internal systems and records; identify and report system or process issues; collaborate to improve the customer experience.
