Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of administrative experience, ideally in real estate or lettings.
• Familiarity with residential lettings regulations and tenancy protections.
• Hands-on experience with real estate CRM platforms (AppFolio, Reapit, Yardi).
• Proficient with MS Office / Google Workspace and e-signature tools.

Responsibilities

• Draft and send tenancy documents including offers and agreements.
• Manage reference checks and move-in funds coordination.
• Update landlords and tenants on application status and documentation.
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM and support maintenance tasks.
