Job summary

CDA Coliving is seeking a Head of Occupant Support & Compliance to lead the department, ensure exceptional tenant support, and maintain strict policy compliance. You will drive operational performance, develop KPIs, and collaborate with Leasing, Maintenance, Finance, and HR to enhance the occupant experience while mentoring a growing team.

The role requires strong leadership, tenancy knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate, property management, facilities management, hospitality, or related industry.
• At least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of tenancy management, property operations, compliance, and customer service.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Occupant Support & Compliance department.
• Develop departmental objectives, KPIs, and operational strategies.
• Foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Partner with senior leadership on service initiatives.
• Oversee maintenance workflows and coordinate with internal teams and contractors.
• Review emergency maintenance processes and analyze performance metrics.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and lead process improvements.
