You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and portals, log issues, and ensure timely resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, property management, or tenancy coordination.
• Familiarity with UK residential housing regulations and compliance standards.
• Proficient with cloud-based property software and CRMs.
• Remote work setup with reliable home broadband.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for tenant and landlord inquiries via phone, email, and portals.
• Liaise with contractors and property managers to schedule repairs and maintenance.
• Conduct follow-up calls and surveys to measure satisfaction and identify improvements.
• Ensure all interactions comply with UK housing regulations and maintain audit-ready records.
