Job summary

Outsourced.ph is a leading ISO certified Philippines offshore outsourcing company that provides dedicated remote staff to international clients. We are seeking an Accountant responsible for closing deadlines, journal posting, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting under supervision of the Accounting Manager.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and proficiency with QuickBooks and Zoho.

Qualifications

• Knowledge – Abilities: Communication skills include oral, written, presentation and active listening.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
• Ability to quickly become proficient using accounting software tools.
• QuickBooks skill is required and Zoho competencies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure closing deadlines are met.
• Monitor client bookkeepers for routine postings and coding.
• Review journals for tie-out and post to ledger.
• Review month-end postings and ensure entries are posted.
• Advise Accounting Manager of irregularities.
• Submit draft financial statements by deadlines.
• Prepare reconciliations and bank statements for close.
• Identify open items in month-end balance and clear them.
