Job summary

Manila Recruitment is seeking an experienced Accountant/Bookkeeper to manage the books remotely from the Philippines for a Texas-based real estate and construction business. The role covers project-based accounting, accounts payable, and expense tracking, with a focus on high-volume transactions and CPA-ready records.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in bookkeeping, strong QuickBooks proficiency, and excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills, plus reliable remote communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Proficient in QuickBooks or similar software.
• Advanced MS Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage books and transactions in QuickBooks for multiple entities.
• Reconcile 300–500+ monthly transactions across projects and properties.
• Prepare weekly and monthly P&L and cash flow snapshots.
• Maintain CPA-ready books for tax preparation at all times.
• Log receipts and expenses from field teams via digital channels.
