Job summary

RBox International Solutions Inc. is seeking a Business Program Management Lead for a night-shift, full-time, work-from-home role.

You will design, implement, and oversee governance frameworks to ensure strategic priorities are executed across departments. You will lead planning, ensure resources for priority initiatives, manage a team of Project Managers, and provide executive visibility into program health with dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management, strategic operations, or organizational program leadership.
• Experience managing and mentoring more than 20 people including Project Managers and leading a PMO.
• Proven experience designing and implementing governance frameworks across multiple teams.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing large programs or portfolios aligned to organizational strategy.
• Experience reporting program progress to C-Suite and senior leadership.
• Experience using project management tools, particularly Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain program governance frameworks guiding prioritization across departments.
• Establish standards for project intake, planning, reporting, and risk management.
• Translate strategy into structured programs with department leaders.
• Lead and manage Project Managers and ensure delivery discipline.
• Coordinate cross-department initiatives and manage dependencies.
• Provide weekly and monthly executive reporting on program progress.
• Roll out governance frameworks and train staff on new processes.
