RZR, an AI-native advertising platform, seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO from Manila on a night-shift aligned to US PST hours. You will partner with the day-shift EA Lead to ensure seamless handoffs across time zones and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-trust environment.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of EA experience with C-level executives, exceptional judgment, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of EA experience supporting C-level executives.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage high-trust relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable working a night shift aligned to US PST hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage CEO calendar across US, APAC, and EMEA time zones with proactive conflict resolution.
• Handle high-volume inbox and draft responses on behalf of the CEO.
• Prepare meeting briefs, agendas, and action-tracked follow-ups.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders with speed and accuracy.
• Plan travel, logistics, and scheduling across regions; ensure smooth handoffs between night and day EAs.
