Job summary

RealPage, Inc. is seeking an System Implementation Consultant II to drive on-time implementations for RealPage products in a hybrid work setup. You will coordinate data conversion and training, forecast activations, and maintain backlog while ensuring client satisfaction.

Strong OneSite experience and finance background are preferred. The role requires excellent communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple customers with minimal supervision, including night shifts and flexible

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or Finance.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• 3 years experience with OneSite product lines.
• Affordable housing experience (HUD and Tax Credit) preferred.
• Software and/or multifamily property management experience required.
• Experience in a sales environment a plus; knowledge of the sales cycle.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; excellent presentation skills.
• Able to work with little supervision and escalate problems when needed.
• Flexible, detail-oriented and able to adapt to change.
• Willing to work fixed Night Shift schedule and hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Implementation for single product for small to midsize properties.
• Coordinate RealPage services including data conversion and training.
• Deliver on-time implementations per customer agreement.
• Accurately forecast activations and update backlog weekly.
• Support clients through implementation to achieve high satisfaction.
• Identify issues/risks and elevate to leadership.
• Follow through on commitments.
