Job summary

GuestReady is seeking a freelance Guest Experience Specialist based in the Philippines to support guests during European night hours. You will handle inquiries via email, chat, and phone, resolving issues and ensuring smooth stays while collaborating with local and international teams from home in the Philippines.

Requirements include fluency in Portuguese and English, hospitality or customer service background, and a proactive, independent mindset.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Experience in hospitality, customer service, or similar roles.
• Proactive, independent, and problem-solving mindset.
• Comfort with digital tools and tech platforms.
• Available to work European night hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, and professional support via email, chat, and phone.
• Resolve booking-related issues: date changes, payment errors, or double bookings.
• Act as the first point of contact for guests with active reservations.
• Coordinate with local teams to solve urgent problems (maintenance, cleaning, Wi‑Fi).
• Follow up to ensure guests’ issues are fully resolved.
