MicroSourcing International is hiring a Customer Service Representative for night shift, working from home for Metro Manila candidates. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service to corporate stores and their store associates, handling product availability and coordinating with vendors as needed.

The position requires 2+ years in customer service, strong communication, empathy, and typing skills (50 wpm).

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• College or University degree preferred.
• Call Center experience preferred.
• 2+ years Customer Service experience.
• Must be able to type 50 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with Corporate stores and their store associates.
• Check availability of product and assist with inquiries.
• Participate in assigned projects within and outside the department.
• Partner with Vendor Consultants to research substitutions and alternatives for unavailable or backordered products.
